“You get close to people so quickly, because it’s such an intense work environment. 14 hours a day, eating all your meals together… it’s not a usual work environment. You bond with people. The four episodes felt like a long time, and I was really sad to leave. I didn’t have to act much in the dying scene, because I was really sad to be dying! Like, ‘Screw you, Joel! Whatever.’”

#well this feels like a death knell #you hire this fabulous actor #like #the best casting this show has done #and you use her for five episodes? #FIVE EPISODES??? #screw you joel
What are the rest of the episodes going to be? Aside from sad sad Anna Torv acting and my girl Etta’s face now existing solely as a Mockingjay poster (and, speculatively, an ending that will likely erase the utopia and reconstitute the family?) Her death would have been even more impactful a death if she’d been given more of an arc, more time spent exploring the character, more interactions with Olivia and Peter. They set her up beautifully, and didn’t show us nearly enough to warrent this so soon. Four out of thirteen. Episode four? Really? REALLY?
